The lamb box contains half a lamb, butchered in to delicious lamb chops, steaks, 2 x half legs and 2 x half shoulders for roasting, lamb mince and a rack of lamb.
The meat comes individually wrapped and labelled, ready to pop in the freezer (needs same space to about 2-3 loaves of bread), or cook straight away.
Our billy kids are raised outdoors, where they browse the pastures 24/7 and have a cosy barn for sleeping or sheltering in, whenever they choose.
Kid goat meat is delicious, ethical and sustainable. We are proud to raise ALL the billy kids born on our farm, for meat.
Kid meat is a red meat, similar to lamb, but much leaner. If you’ve never tried it before, think lean lamb mixed with venison! You can replace any lamb recipe with kid meat. Because it is a leaner meat, you’ll need to add more liquid to your recipe or keep it covered in the oven, to keep the moisture in.

We deliver between 5pm – 9pm in the evening, on the same day each week, depending on where you live in the island. Deliveries need to be kept chilled to maintain their quality so please tell us where to leave your delivery if you think you may be out. A cool box in a shady spot works well!
Unfortunately it isn’t possible for us to deliver to St Helier at the moment; however we do have Shops in Town stocking our produce. Please see our Stockists Page for shops who are in the Goat Gang and sell our produce!
